We have over 10 years experience in repairing most makes of PC and laptops at our secure engineering facilities in Beaumont, Essex.

We can repair down to component level if that is economically viable, or replace the minimum to get the unit up and working again.  

Items brought in are logged onto our tracking system and a report generated on the level of damage and the repair options available. Once the method and cost are agreed with the customer the repairs are carried out.

Once the item is repaired it can be collected by the customer or we can arrange a delivery.

Any data on a damaged system that can be recovered is placed on another format of the customers choosing – this can be CDs / DVDs, USB sticks or an external drive. Any data recovered or moved is treated as confidential.

For a small charge we can also arrange collection from your premises.
